TK Residency: Do I need 24 units of Early Childhood Education, in addition to the Multiple Subject Credential for the TK Residency?

Yes. All candidates are required to complete or show proof of completion of 24 units in early childhood education or child development as required to teach TK. This program will provide access to UCLA Extension’s 24 units in ECE in an asynchronous format.
